Clam Pasta Bowl

- 14 ozs Spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- ⅔ cup vegetable stock
- 3 cups venus clam (thoroughly washed, discarding any that are open)
- 1 ⅔ cups Cocktail tomatoes (quartered and deseeded)
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
Briefly fry the garlic in hot oil. Pour over the stock and allow to simmer. Add the clams, cover and steam for 4-5 minutes. When all the clams have opened (discard any that do not open), season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
Stir the tomatoes, parsley and drained pasta through the clams and serve.
