1 Organic orange
1 lemon
1 Grapefruit
200 grams Quark (or mascarpone)
150 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
1 Tbsp honey (15 grams)
10 Ladyfinger
4 Tbsps Orange liqueur (or orange juice)
2 stalks mint

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the orange in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate zest.

2.

Peel the orange, lemon and grapefruit and remove the pith. Cut the fruit into segments then small pieces.

3.

Mix the quark with the yogurt and honey until smooth.

4.

Distribute half of the fruit between 4 dessert glasses. Crumble the ladyfingers over the fruit and sprinkle with the liqueur. 

5.

Top with half of the quark mixture, the remaining fruit then the remaining cream.

6.

Sprinkle with orange zest. Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and use to garnish trifles.
