Citrus-flavoured Creamy Rice

Preheat the oven to 160°C | 325F | gas 3.
In a pan over low heat combine the milk, cream and sugar. Cook until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
Turn the heat to medium high and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon zest and juice.
Butter an ovenproof dish and pour in the rice and cream mixture. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Dust with the cinnamon and serve.
