Citrus-Flavored Mascarpone Cream with Mixed Fruit
With an electric hand mixer, beat mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and orange and lemon juices until smooth and creamy.
Rinse fruit, pick over, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Divide fruit and berries among plates. Top fruit with mascarpone cream. Sprinkle with orange zest and garnish with biscotti.
