- For the relish
- 4 large Tomatoes (skinned and finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chhopped)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps chopped Basil
- 2 tsps chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- ⅔ cup medium-strength Ale
- 2 tsps dark brown sugar

1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fork, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to moderately hot.
2.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Keep warm.
3.
For the relish: Mix together the tomatoes, garlic and onion. Stir the herbs into the mixture.
4.
Combine the oil, ale, sugar, salt and pepper and pour into the tomato mixture, stirring well.
5.
To serve: Place the pork chops on the boiled rice and top with a spoonful of relish. Garnish with coriander.
