- 500 grams Strawberries
- 75 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 75 grams whole milk Couverture
- 75 grams white Couverture
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Pistachio
- 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut
Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries and pat completely dry. Melt each chocolate separately in bowls over hot water. Dip 1/3 of the strawberries into each chocolate, so that they are half covered.

Set the dipped strawberries on a wire rack, sprinkle with pistachios and coconut, pressing into the chocolate firmly. Allow the chocolate to harden and serve.
