- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 50 grams chocolate hazelnut spread
- 4 eggs
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 80 grams powdered sugar
- 4 Meringue toppings (mini meringues)
- 1 Tbsp silver Sugar pearls
Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate into pieces. Melt over a hot water bath with the nougat, stirring occasionally. Separate the eggs.

Mix in the egg yolks.
3.
Whip the cream and powdered sugar together then fold into the chocolate mixture.
4.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture.
5.
Distribute among serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
6.
Garnish with the mini meringues and sugar pearls before serving.
