- 5 ozs Milk chocolate (30% cocoa solids)
- 5 ozs plain Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 9 ozs Cookie (digestive)
- 1 ⅓ cups chopped almonds (or walnuts)
- ¾ cup raisins

Preparation steps
1.
Line a 20cm|8" square tin with cling film.
2.
Melt the chocolate, butter and sryrup in a large heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
3.
Stir in the broken biscuits, almonds and raisins.
4.
Spoon the mixture into the tin and level the surface. Leave to cool, then chill for 1-2 hours to set.
5.
Turn out the cake and peel off the cling film. Cut into 10-12 pieces.
