- 1 cup dark Chocolate couverture (chopped)
- 1 ⅔ cups milk Chocolate couverture (chopped)
- ½ cup Coconut oil (chopped)
- 2 cups cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 1 ¾ cups shortbread cookies

Preparation steps
1.
Line a bowl with cling film or baking paper.
2.
Melt the chocolate, coconut fat and cream in a pot and stir well. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
3.
Pour the mixture into the bowl and leave to cool a little. Place the biscuits in the mixture and leave to chill overnight.
4.
Carefully remove the cake from the bowl, remove the film or paper and dust with cocoa. Cut into slices with a hot knife and serve.
