100 grams Pastry flour
20 grams cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp butter (15 g)
1 tsp sugar (10 g)
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, stir together milk, flour and cocoa powder until smooth. Add eggs and mix well.

Melt butter in a small pan, let cool briefly. Fold into dough along with sugar and a pinch of salt. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.

3.

Brush non-stick frying pan with oil and heat. Pour in 1/8 of the dough and bake until golden brown over medium heat about 1-2 minutes on each side. In this way, bake a total of 8 crepes.
