200 grams Chocolate (White, milk and dark chocolate)

Preparation steps

Place almonds on a work surface and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand a few minutes. In a mixing bowl, mix almonds with powdered sugar. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread almonds on foil. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and roast almonds until golden, about 12 minutes.

Place white, milk and dark chocolates in 3 separate bowls and melt over a pan of hot water. Divide cooled almonds among melted chocolates and stir to coat. Remove almonds with a teaspoon and transfer to a baking sheet. Cool in the refrigerator.
