Chocolate and Coffee Microwave Mug Cake

Beat together the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, milk, and dissolved espresso in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Divide the batter between four microwaveable mugs. Cover with clingfilm, poking a few holes in it.
Cook on high for 1 minute. Carefully remove and test for doneness using a wooden toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are done. If not, continue to cook in 10 second increments until ready.
Remove the clingfilm, top with chocolate sauce, and dust with icing sugar before serving.
