- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps Cocoa
- 150 grams butter
- 50 grams finely chopped almonds
- also
- chopped almonds (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the flour with the powdered sugar, egg and butter and mix together to form a dough. Knead in the cocoa and finely chopped almonds. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Roll out the dough between 2 layers of parchment paper until about 5 mm thin (approximately 1/4 inch), cut out circles, place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove and let cool. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
