- 150 grams Almond slivers
- 100 grams slivered almonds
- 75 grams butter
- 40 grams cane sugar
- 30 grams honey
- 2 milk
- 50 grams Whole wheat flour
- vegetable oil
- 150 grams Dark chocolate

Preparation steps

In a saucepan, combine almonds with butter, sugar, honey, milk and flour. Cook over medium to high heat, stirring constantly, until ingredients come together and form a ball.

Remove dough from pot and let cool to room temperature. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place dough on sheet in small heaps. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F), about 15 minutes. Immediately, transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.
3.
Chop chocolate and melt in a bowl set over a pan of hot water. Dip bottoms of cookies in melted chocolate.
