- 1 cup scallions (chopped)
- 2 cups ground pork
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tsps sesame oil
- 3.333 cups all-purpose flour
- Oil (for deep-frying)

1 Small pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Blender, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps

Mix the flour with approximately 150 ml water, knead to a dough and leave to stand for half an hour.

Mix the spring onions with the mince, ginger and sesame oil and season to taste with salt.

Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion out thinly to a rectangle and cut the rectangles into squares (approx. 7x7 cm). Put about 1 tsp of filling in the middle of each square and fold the dough over it to make a triangle. Press the edges together firmly.

Heat the oil and fry the filled dumplings, a few at a time, for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
