Mix together the oil, sambal oelek, paprika and lime juice. Add the meat, cover, and marinate for one hour.
Mix together the Roquefort and cream in a small pot on a low temperature and allow the cheese to melt whilst stirring. Add the yoghurt to create a dressing, season with salt and ground black pepper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
Heat a grill pan and fry the meat on all side for around 4-5 minutes. Season with salt.
Halve the rolls and spread the bottom halves with the yoghurt dressing. Add the bean sprouts and the meat, garnish with coriander and place the remaining halves on top.
