Preparation steps

1.
Blanch the broad beans in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes until tender.

Drain well and refresh in iced water until cold.

Drain again, pat dry, and toss with the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Spoon into a serving bowl and serve.
