- 4 cups Broad bean (shelled)
- ⅔ cup salad Radish (thinly sliced)
- 1 large, red chili pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Dill (finely chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the broad beans in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes until tender.

Drain well and refresh in iced water until cold.
3.
Drain again, pat dry, and toss with the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
4.
Spoon into a serving bowl and serve.
