4 whole wheat Tortillas (12-inches each)
1 cup prepared Hummus
1 cup cherry Tomatoes (rinsed and chopped)
1 handful mixed Baby greens (shredded)
½ cup canned chickpeas (drained)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Warm the tortillas, covered with a paper towel, in the microwave for 30 seconds.
2.
Spread 1/4 cup of hummus over the bottom half of each tortilla.
3.
Top with tomatoes and mixed baby greens and sprinkle with chickpeas.
4.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5.
Tuck in the right and left sides of each tortilla, and roll it over the filling. Slice each wrap in half horizontally, and place seam side down on a serving plate. Serve.
