- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 4 Chicken thigh
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Tbsps dry sherry
- 1 can Mushroom cream soup (400 ml)
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Peel garlic. Heat clarified butter in a large pan and brown chicken on all sides. Then bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Squeeze garlic into the pan, season chicken with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

Saute mushrooms in the same pan (add more butter, if necessary) for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with sherry and saute briefly. Add mushroom cream soup and bring to a boil on medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. Add parsley to the sauce and mix well. Arrange chicken on plates and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with rice, if desired.
