Chicken Sandwiches with Cottage Cheese and Fruit
- For the sandwiches
- 5 roasted Chicken breasts (cut into slices)
- 150 grams Cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons Ajvar (mild)
- 2 Baguette
Slice baguettes horizontally and spread with cottage cheese. Top with a little Ajvar and layer with two slices of chicken. For the garnish, mix cottage cheese with herbs and place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each sandwich.
With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from oranges. Cut between membranes to remove whole segments. Garnish sandwiches with orange segments and raspberries.
