5 roasted Chicken breasts (cut into slices)
150 grams Cottage cheese
4 tablespoons Ajvar (mild)
2 Baguette
to garnish
2 Oranges
10 Raspberries
50 grams Cottage cheese
1 teaspoon Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

Slice baguettes horizontally and spread with cottage cheese. Top with a little Ajvar and layer with two slices of chicken. For the garnish, mix cottage cheese with herbs and place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each sandwich.

With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from oranges. Cut between membranes to remove whole segments. Garnish sandwiches with orange segments and raspberries.
