- 4 Chicken breasts
- Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
- 1 large red onion
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Brush chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into wide strips. Peel the onion and cut lengthwise into slices.

Brush the vegetables with a little oil.
3.
Cook the chicken on the hot grill on each side for about 4 minutes. Cook vegetables on aluminum foil on the grill for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the chicken.
