- 4 flour Tortillas
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 1 cup cooked Chicken breasts (cold)
- ½ onion (finely sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced finely)
- 1 yellow pepper (sliced finely)
- ½ green pepper (sliced finely)
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the olive oil in a large heavy-based frying pan over a medium-high heat.
2.
Saute the peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes with some seasoning until they start to soften. Reduce the heat and add the cooked chicken.
3.
Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes to warm the chicken through. Remove from the heat and spoon into the flour tortilla wraps.
4.
Fold them in half to create half moons and serve with a little of the pepper and onions on top.
