- 500 grams Sour cherry
- softened butter (for the baking dish)
- 4 centiliters Crème de cassis
- 1 generous pinch lemon zest (untreated)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 75 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams chopped almonds
- 50 grams chopped Peanuts
- 50 grams raisins
- 100 grams softened butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

Rinse the cherries and remove the pits. Pat dry and place in a buttered baking dish. Mix the crème de cassis, lemon zest, cornstarch and vanilla sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Grind the flour, almonds, peanuts, raisins, butter, sugar and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the cherries.
4.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
