150 grams coarse breadcrumbs
100 grams melted butter
1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
1 tsp freshly chopped Lemon thyme
6 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel the onions and cook in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Shock in ice water, drain and scoop out the insides to hollow. Finely chop the scooped out onions, tomatoes and olives, mix with the breadcrumbs, butter and herbs. Stuff the hollowed out onions with the filling, place in a greased baking pan, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until golden brown, around 20-25 minutes.
