Preparation steps

1.

Whisk the eggs with the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

Halve the tomatoes.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Heat the butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Distribute the tomatoes cut side up, followed by the mozzarella slices.

5.

Cover and cook over low heat until the egg mixture has set and the cheese has melted. Serve showered with basil.
