Cheese and Prosciutto Pasta Bake

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6. Line a baking dish with grease-proof paper and brush with oil.
Cook the lasagne sheets according to the directions on the packet, and drain well.
Mix together the ricotta, olives, garlic, thyme and the egg yolks. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Place the ham in the prepared baking dish and alternately add a layer of lasagne and a layer of the cheese mixture until everything is used up.
Bake for 25-30 min and serve garnished with thyme.
