1 Tbsp dried Apricot
2 Tbsps almonds (chopped)
150 grams Raspberries
2 tsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop apricots and raisins, mix with almonds, cereal and milk, let sit for 10 minutes and allow to swell. Spoon into two glasses.

2.

Rinse raspberries and add half to the cereal. Add yogurt and sweeten with about one teaspoon of honey. Sprinkle raspberries on top, garnish with mint and serve.
