- ½ Savoy cabbage
- 1 bunch Celery
- 100 grams Gouda
- 2 Apple
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps raisins
- 80 grams Walnut
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground paprika

Preparation steps
1.
Trim cabbage, rinse, remove stalk and cut leaves into strips. Rinse celery, trim, cut off ends cut stalks into pieces.
2.
Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores and dice. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut cheese into cubes. Mix apples, cheese and celery with nuts and raisins. Mix creme fraiche with heavy cream, season with salt and pepper and pour over. Spread cabbage on plates, top with apple-celery mixture and serve sprinkled with paprika.
