8 Wonton wrapper (3 1/4 x 3-inch)
1 Tbsp butter
8 Quail egg
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
8 tsps trout Caviar

salt

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 375º F. Coat 8 mini-muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
2.
Gently press 1 won ton wrapper into each of the 8 cups, allowing the ends to extend above the edges of the cup. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
3.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the quail eggs, without turning for 45 to 60 seconds. Due to their size, the eggs will cook very quickly.
4.
Place one egg in each won ton cup. Season with salt and pepper. Place one teaspoon of trout caviar in each won ton cup. Serve immediately.
