½ lemon (juiced)

100 grams Parmesan (grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and grate the carrot.

2.

Pluck the leaves of the basil.

3.

Add the lentils to the broth to warm them. Add the lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and allow to cool.

4.

Mix the carrot with the basil and spoon everything into glasses.

Serve showered with Parmesan.
