- 1 ½ cups quick-cooking Oats
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ¾ cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups Caramel
- 1 cup unsalted Peanuts (skinless)
- 1 cup semi-sweet Chocolate chip

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Slowly stir in melted butter; stirring to incorporate. Using your fingers, press the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine caramels and cream in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Sprinkle peanuts and chocolate chips evenly over the crust and drizzle with caramel mixture.
4.
Return to oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Serve.
