- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps cream
- 1 Tbsp finely diced red Bell pepper

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and the shallot. Thoroughly drain the capers. Finely chop the garlic, shallot, capers, and the thyme. Mix the prepared ingredients with the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, cream, and the diced peppers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
