Preparation steps

1.

Rinse brussels sprouts and cut off bottoms. Cook in a pot of salted water until tender, 10-15 minutes. Rinse sprouts in cold water and drain.

2.

Cut bacon into thin strips and fry in a pan with hot clarified butter until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Add sprouts and allow to fry for 1-2 minutes.

3.

Season sprouts with salt and nutmeg and serve.
