120 grams sun-dried tomatoes (from a jar)
80 grams black Olives (without pits)
½ bunch Chives
1 Baguette

Preparation steps

1.

Clean mushrooms and chop small. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the mushrooms until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Drain the tomatoes and chop. Cut the olives in half. Rinse the chives, shake dry and chop. Mix mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and chives.

3.

Cut the baguette diagonally into slices and toast. Spread the mushroom-tomato mixture on top and serve.
