- 12 clam
- 200 grams coarse Sea salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
- 50 grams softened butter

Preparation steps

Preheat broiler.

Rinse and scrub clams, open and remove meat from shells. Pat dry.
3.
Sprinkle an ovenproof platter with coarse sea salt and place 12 clam shell halves on it. Place clams in shells.

Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, sauté garlic briefly in olive oil. Add lemon juice and parsley. Pour mixture over the clams and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan and softened butter. Sprinkle mixture spread evenly over the clams and drizzle with some olive oil. Broil clams, watching carefully, until topping is golden-brown, 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
