- 400 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- butter (for frying)
- 8 slices Brioche (or white bread)
- 250 grams Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

In a bowl, whisk milk, sugar and eggs. Heat some butter in a pan. One at a time, dip brioche slices in the milk and egg mixture. Fry brioche until golden-brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Place fried slices in a baking pan.

Rinse, hull and cut strawberries into pieces. Mix strawberries with pistachios, powdered sugar and lemon juice and spoon mixture over brioche slices.
