- 3 sticks Leeks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 splash white wine
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 4 leaves chopped Wild garlic
- salt
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and wipe the leeks. Halve each stalk lengthwise, and then cut into thirds crosswise. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic and the leeks in the butter.

Add the almonds, then deglaze with the white wine. Mix in the broth, and sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Season to taste with salt and white pepper, then serve.
