- 8 hard-boiled eggs (shelled and halved lengthways)
- ½ cup Quark
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- ½ cup ham (diced)
- ½ microgreen (cress)

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the yolks from the eggs and mash them with a fork. Stir in the quark, cream cheese, mayonnaise and the mustard.
2.
Add in the shallot and the ham and season with salt and ground black pepper. Transfer the mixture into the eggs and serve garnished with cress.
