Preparation steps

Set aside some blueberries for garnish. Rinse, trim, and drain the remaining blueberries. Sprinkle the sugar over the berries and set aside for 10 minutes. Mix the berries with the yogurt, cream, orange juice, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until forthy, then chill in the refrigerator.
