200 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
200 grams sugar
200 grams softened butter
3 eggs (200 g)
50 grams Shredded coconut
100 grams Blueberries (cleaned)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and add butter, sugar and eggs. Mix with an electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes.

2.

Fold in coconut and blueberries. Pour batter into a greased baking dish, smooth and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 35-40 minutes. Remove, let stand for 15 minutes, remove from baking dish and cool.
