Preparation steps

Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish sauce, and Tabasco in a large pitcher. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place an oyster in the bottom of six tall shot glasses. Pour the chilled juice mixture over the oyster. Garnish with lime zest and serve immediately.
