- 3.333 cups black currant
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 ¼ cups plain Yogurt
- lemons (juiced)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the blackcurrants in a small pan with the sugar and water. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved and the fruit is soft then transfer to a bowl and let cool for one hour.
2.
Put the blackcurrants in a blender with the remaining ingredients, blend until smooth then pour into glasses and serve.
