- 250 grams Blackberry
- 1 Banana
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 200 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries and freeze for about 20 minutes. Peel the banana, cut into slices and purée with the berries, yogurt, sugar and milk.

Pour into glasses and serve with straws, if desired.
