- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 bison Steak
- coarse Sea salt
- 4 Tbsps Pesto
- Basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, remove the ribs and seeds and cut into strips. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the peppers over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan over high heat. Season the bison steaks with coarse sea salt and pepper and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Spoon the pesto over the steaks, garnish with fresh basil and serve alongside the sautéed peppers.
