- 500 grams Blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Flowers
- ½ packet Vanilla sugar
- 700 milliliters cold milk
- 4 Tbsps Cream quark (40% fat)
- 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the blueberries and pat dry.

Blend the lemon juice, blueberries, powdered sugar, chia seeds, pollen and vanilla sugar. Pour in the milk, quark and ice cream. Blend until creamy.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
