- For Berry Smoothie
- 1 ½ cups mixed Berry fresh or frozen (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries}
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup Ice
- For Sesame Bagels
- 2 sesame seed Bagel (split and toasted)
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry jam

Preparation steps

For Berry Smoothie:

Rinse fruit and remove stems. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency. Serve in a tall glass.

For Sesame Bagels:

Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bagel. Top with a tablespoon of hazelnut spread or jam and the remaining bagel half. Serve.
