100 grams Blueberries
30 grams sugar
100 grams Mascarpone
50 grams Quark
50 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
100 milliliters Whipped cream
6 Ladyfinger

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse berries, pat dry, mix with sugar and let soak. Mix mascarpone with quark, yogurt and vanilla sugar. Beat cream until stiff, fold into mixture and break ladyfingers into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces.

Generously distribute ladyfingers into 4 large dessert bowls. Place cream in a piping bag with a jagged tip and pipe on top of ladyfingers. Add about half the berries. Top with more ladyfingers, another layer of cream and finish with remaining berries.

3.

Cool for 1 hour and serve.
