- 200 grams Strawberries
- 200 grams Raspberries
- 200 grams Blackberry
- 4 sprigs mint
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- 700 milliliters dry Sparkling wine (well chilled)
- 4 scoops Ice cream (such as raspberry yogurt ice cream)
Preparation steps

Rinse all berries, trim and pat dry with paper towel. Cut strawberries into small pieces. Rinse mint, shake dry and set aside a few leaves for garnish. Cut remaining mint leaves into strips.

Mix berries with chopped mint, lemon juice and icing sugar and let rest for about 1 hour. To serve, evenly distribute berries in glasses and fill with champagne. Crown each glass with one scoop of ice cream and garnish with remaining mint.
