400 grams Tagliatelle
salt
500 grams Beef fillet (trimmed)
1 shallot
200 grams button Mushroom
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp ground paprika (hot)
2 centiliters Brandy
150 milliliters Beef stock
1 tsp hot Mustard
50 grams Whipped cream
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel and halve shallot, cut into thin strips. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides on high heat. Remove meat from pan and set aside. Saute shallot in the same pan and add mushrooms, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato paste, paprika, brandy and broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Add mustard and sour cream. Return meat to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, adding more broth if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a pan and heat drained noodles, stirring. Place noodles on the plates and top with Beef Stroganoff. Serve.
