- 600 grams Brussels sprouts
- 600 grams potatoes (Predominantly waxy)
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 grams Beef (Leg or shoulder)
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 Tbsp fresh marjoram (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers
- allspice (ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut beef into bite-size cubes.
2.
Rinse Brussels sprouts, trim and halve.
3.
Peel potatoes and dice.
4.
Peel onions and garlic and chop.
5.
Peel carrots and cut into slices.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and sear meat on all sides. Add onions and garlic, fry briefly and deglaze the pan with broth. Add remaining vegetables and bay leaf. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 35-40 minutes. Then add herbs and season with salt, pepper and allspice. Serve immediately.
